While respecting the spirit of the forest and the traditions and customs of the First Nations of Quebec, provide assistance to the communities and their companies in the econonomic development of the forest resource.

- Facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and the transfer of expertise;
- Increase the overall volume and the value of the harvested and transformed resources;
